How does this work?
The Q-smart queue management system is offered ready-made with an integrated web server and appointment web page. Your customer connects to your Internet-connected ticket machine from the URL you specify (1+2).
The queue system identifies and presents to your customer the options for scheduling an appointment according to the service, day and time preferences. Your customer creates an application by filling in the desired information. The system saves the information and creates an appointment number and presents it to your customer (3+4).
Your customer comes to your branch depending on the appointment date and time. He selects the option with an appointment on the queue management system screen. The system prompts him to enter the appointment number. If the entered appointment number, appointment date and time match the information recorded in the system, your customer will print his priority ticket (5).
Your customer is first called immediately by the system. He is directed to the users you have registered according to the service he wants to receive (6+7).


Web-based system management

Connect to the system from any smartphone, tablet or computer with your internet browser and manage your meeting system without installing any software.
With the web management interface, you can review meetings, start a meeting schedule for a service you provide, change your meeting rules and assign your staff according to your workload.
Only include customers who visit the branch
Your customers who come for an appointment can get their tickets by entering their appointment number in the queue management system. When the customer enters the appointment number, the system checks for a matching appointment. It checks the date and time of the appointment and, if necessary, gives the customer a priority ticket.
If your customer does not show up for an appointment, your employee will never call customers who do not show up, make unnecessary calls, and keep your employee busy because they are never logged into the system.
The system checks the date and time of the appointment.


Appointment Period Management
You can easily manage the meeting times you want to use in your appointment distribution.
Select the time period you want to work with the appointment, then specify the duration you want to schedule the meeting (e.g. half an hour), specify the number of meetings per period (e.g. 5 people for every half hour), select your lunch break time, and start distributing meetings. The system will automatically create your meeting screen according to the values you set and start meeting management.
Custom ticket template and number range
You can customize the ticket number range and ticket printing template that will be printed from the ticket machine for your appointments to suit your organization’s needs.
By using different ticket number ranges, you can easily distinguish tickets for appointments from others and avoid confusion with your regular customers who call different number ranges.


Integration and other application options
Option 1. Standard Usage
Using the Q-smart queuing system’s internal web server and meeting web page, you can start distributing and managing meetings immediately. The queuing system provides you with a URL to use, which you can add to your website and use the meeting system instantly.
Option 2. Distribution from a different destination system, transfer to a queue system
You can transfer the appointment numbers and information generated in the appointment system you are currently using to the system as an Excel file from the appointment management screen. When your customer arrives at the branch, the queue management system checks the appointment number, date and time, and if it finds a match with the information you entered, it prints your customer’s ticket and calls them as a priority.


Option 3. Meeting system web services
Q-smart meeting system is offered with a ready-made integrated web server and web services. You can perform any operation in the meeting system from your own software by using the services such as adding appointments, meeting status, deleting meetings, updating meeting information, number of remaining meetings, and meeting distribution together with the system.
Option 4. Integration with your own systems
You can forward the appointment request process of the Q-smart queue management system to an external system. The queue management system sends the appointment number entered by your customer to your current appointment system by making a web service call. Based on the response in JSON format from your web service, the system prints your customer’s ticket and calls it as a priority.
